Rules & Regulations.
1. No inappropriate content on your website please. That includes: erotica, porn, racism, sexism, etc. If I find any of such content on your site, your account will be deleted without notice. As a personal preference, please do not have sites dedicated to Paris Hilton, Michael Jackson, or sports.
2. Do not upload MP3s or media files on your server. You can try places such as My File Stash.
3. You must know: HTML, CSS, FTP, and what a POP3 or forwarder account is.
4. You should be able to make layouts yourself, and should be pretty decent at it. I don't mind if you order from a graphics request site, but please do not order often, as I want to know that you can make layouts fairly well. Paint isn't a sufficient graphics program.
5. You should be able to update once a month AT THE VERY LEAST. If you want to get on my good side, please update at least once a week.
6. Must respect me, as well as Alys, and all other hostees.
7. Provide me at least ONE example of a LAYOUT YOU MADE AND CODED.
8. Please make sure you set up your account within two weeks. Put up a 'Coming Soon' sign within 3 days.
9. Do not use chatspeak, 1337 speak, sTiCky cApS, etc. Please use proper English. And speaking of English, if you happen to have a site in another language, please provide an English version. Put 'is mystified' after your name in the application form.
10. Stealing and plagiarizing is not tolerated.
11. Please tell me before going on vacation, hiatus, or closing. If you're accepted to be hosted here, please also notify me when you're open, so I can link you.
12. Please back to misty-dreams.org on every page of your website (NOT just the main page).
Violation of these rules will result in the deletion of your account without notice.

• Hatelistings and fanlistings (not yet!)
• Anything that requires a MySQL database
