Transparent PNGs.
These are the same as PSDs, but they're available without downloading. Copy and paste the PNG into your graphics program, select the wand tool, click on the gray area, delete it, and you're left with a PSD. If you save it to your own server and open it in Photoshop, it will immediately become transparent. Do not redistribute them; if I find out you do, I will make sure you suffer the consequences.
