I've got quite an icon base archive, focusing mostly on celebrities. These are the only graphics you'll be allowed to edit, but you cannot redistribute them. Credit isn't mandatory, but appreciated. Some bases have been editted and re-coloured a bit so that you don't have to do it for yourselves, so they actually took quite a long time to make.
